Sensory Toolbox

Sensory play focuses on using the senses–touch, smell, hearing, taste, sight, vestibular, and proprioception–in games and activities. The benefits of sensory play include cognitive and brain development, emotional regulation, language development, gross and fine motor skills, and general enjoyment.

You can support your child’s sensory needs, all in one box. Our sensory toolbox holds a variety of sensory tools and fidget toys that can be used to both calm and stimulate a child’s sensory system.

Our sensory toolbox consists of:

One book: The Sensory Seeking Sloth by Jennifer Jones

One I spy sensory bottle

One Jacob's Ladder, a visual stimulation activity that has been a long time therapist favorite

One reusable sensory scavenger hunt activity

One count of kinetic sand 10oz

One count of sensory chew necklace (silicone chewing pendant)

One count of pop tube sensory tube

Set of 6 playdough cards

Set of 3 scented play-doh tubs of 1 oz each

One count of a pop fidget toy

One count of a sensory bag

One count a mindfulness activity QR code card

One count of water bead stress relief ball

*All chewables require adult supervision and needs to be replaced at the first sign of breaking down. The life span of oral motor chewy tools depends on the frequency and degree of use.

**As with all products, use under adult supervision. Not recommended for children 3 years of age and under or for the “put everything in the mouth” group. Pieces could be a choking hazard. If an item is out of stock, we will replace it with the closest form of that particular item.
