We are thrilled to announce the 5th Annual Mental Health Awareness Community Playdate: ZOW is back and bigger than ever! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 25th, 2026
at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks.

What to Expect at This Year’s ZOW
Explore engaging, interactive zones for the whole family, including:
Art & Creativity: Unleash your imagination with hands-on art activities.
Music & Movement: Dance, groove, and make music together.
Nature: Meet therapy animals and connect with the outdoors through fun, nature-inspired activities.
Fitness & Nutrition: Learn healthy habits with interactive fitness challenges and nutrition tips.
Play and Sensory Exploration: Enjoy engaging and interactive play activities and dive into calming, sensory-friendly experiences.
Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques for all ages.
Silent Auction:
The event will also feature a silent auction with incredible items up for bid! All proceeds will support mental health awareness and youth wellness programs.
