Suicidal ideation is far more common than people think, and tragically, the national number of suicides continues to climb. Be a part of the solution! Please consider taking just 1-1/2 hours to become a Question-Persuade-Refer (QPR) gatekeeper! QPR is an evidence-based certificate training good for two years. You will learn to recognize warning signs and respond to someone in a mental health crisis. You could be the one to save a life! This training is for anyone aged 16+ and is conducted by NAMI SFV.
