Description: This interactive workshop equips early childhood educators with practical tools and strategies to create safe, nurturing environments that foster emotional well-being. Participants will learn social-emotional practices to support children's self-regulation, build resilience, and manage stress. The session will cover how to set up calming areas or "safe spaces" in the classroom, early intervention techniques, and hands-on activities that promote emotional expression and connection. Educators will leave with a deeper understanding of how to cultivate emotional safety and prevent early mental health issues in young children.
