Student Workshops
& Lunch Time Activities
Our goal of providing workshops and trainings is to help educate students on well-being, empower them to utilize coping skills and proactive wellness practices, and eliminate the stigma towards mental health through a community of care.
Workshops and activities are customized based on grade level and size of groups.
Our lunchtime activities are designed to promote wellness through engaging, hands-on experiences that encourage creativity and relaxation. These activities provide a much-needed break from the academic routine, helping students to de-stress and enhance their overall well-being.
