Student Workshops
Our goal of providing workshops and trainings is to help educate students on well-being, empower them to utilize coping skills and proactive wellness practices and eliminate the stigma towards mental health through a community of care.
Workshops and activities are customized based on grade level and size of groups.

Growth Mindset
In this workshop, participants will learn the difference between a fixed and growth mindset, how our mindset affects how we experience stress, and how mindset and resilience are fundamentally linked. This workshop will also offer ways to help participants cultivate and develop a growth mindset.
Spring Into Wellness
This is a seasonal workshop that is offered from March through June. This workshop encourages the use of nature and the outdoors to help develop well-being and coping skills. Strategies include nature journaling, mindfulness, and gardening.

Self-Empowerment Wellness Workshop
This workshop offers participants tools and tips for managing their mental wellness and practicing self-care in order to build resilience so they are better equipped to cope with stress and challenging situations. In this workshop we incorporate
hand-on coping and grounding activities. The students are also provided with resources and materials to build a coping kit
Upcoming Workshops
