Jill Covell is a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, dedicated to empowering individuals through the transformative power of art and mindfulness. She combines her artistic talents with her professional expertise to create meaningful experiences.

Throughout her work with high school students, Jill has witnessed the profound impact that art can have on mental health. She has developed and implemented Calm Art practices that provide students with valuable moments of peace in their lives, enabling them to engage fully in the creative process. Through artistic expression, students discover new ways to explore their emotions and reduce stress, fostering a positive environment for personal growth and self-reflection.

Jill believes that creativity holds the key to unlocking potential and building resilience. By guiding students in their Calm Art practice, she helps them cultivate mindfulness and a sense of well-being, both of which are essential for navigating the challenges of adolescence and beyond.

Committed to continuing her work with young minds, helping them embrace their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment through the integration of art and mindfulness. Jill’s goal is to inspire others to find calm in the chaos of life and to recognize the healing power of creativity.
