“Exploring Mental Health Through Art” is a program designed to support teen mental health through art-based groups in the City of Ventura. Sessions will be held on Saturdays from 10 am-11:30pm at the Childhood Matters Wellness Center.

These groups will provide a safe, nurturing environment where teens can explore the relationship between various art forms and mental health.

Improve Mental Health: Provide teens with healthy coping skills, stress management techniques, and self-expression methods through art.
