“Exploring Mental Health Through Art” is a new program designed to support teen mental health through art-based groups in the City of Ventura. Sessions will be held on Fridays from 5pm-6:30pm at the Childhood Matters Wellness Center.

These groups will provide a safe, nurturing environment where teens can explore the relationship between various art forms and mental health.
Session 1 Meeting Dates: 11/15, 11/22, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20

Goals and Objectives:
Improve Mental Health: Provide teens with healthy coping skills, stress management techniques, and self-expression methods through art.
